  • Suction and delivery hose for conveying solvents and chemicals with high concentration
  • The fluorinated inner liner ensures an excellent impermeability and utmost resistance to oxidation, to extreme temperatures and to mechanical stress, thus avoiding cracks
  • Hose in accordance with EC 1935/2004 and 2023/2006/EC (GMP) and EC 1907/2006 (REACH)
  • Meets the standards EN 12115:2011

Tube

  • MFA (Perfluoralkoxy Polymer), fully fluorinated, white, patented, mirror-smooth, no contamination of taste and smell
  • Compliance: UPS Class VI, FDA standards and D.M 21/03/73

Reinforcement

  • Plies of high strength synthetic textile
  • Embedded steel helix wire
  • Built-in copper wires

Cover

  • EPDM, black, smooth, resistant to abrasion, ozone, weather and high temperatures, cloth finish
  • According EN 12115:2011, antistatic (R < 10^6 Ω)

Temperature resistance media

  • From – 40°C up to + 150°C
  • Resistance to steam up to + 130°C for max. 30 minutes

Electrical Properties

  • Symbol: Ω / T → without copper wires: R < 10^6 ΩM / T → with copper wires: R < 10^2 Ω

Safety Factor

  • > 4-times working pressure up to ID 75 mm
