IBK – Cooling Water Hose Type Aquacul

Ticino MG (englisch)

Description

  • Suction and delivery hose suitable for conveying water and non-corrosive media
  • Normally used in steels mills
  • Not suitable for Flexo-Torsions loads
  • The special outer glass fiber protection withstands splashes of incandescent material and radiation heat up to +400°C

Tube

  • Synthetic rubber, black, smooth

Reinforcement

  • Plies of high strength synthetic textile
  • Embedded steel wire helix

Cover

  • Synthetic rubber, smooth, resistant to abrasion, ozone, weather and high temperatures, covered with a light colored vulcanized glass fiber

–> Alternative: Without vulcanized glass fiber (non-conductive)

Temperature resistance media

  • From – 25°C up to + 80°C
  • Peaks up to + 100°C (depending on media)

Safety Factor

  • > 3-times working
